How long does it take to get the download? I bought from Costco and the automated attendant on turbo tax said it was sent. It's been 2 hours and I still don't have it.

I've been waiting all day for my email.   It did NOT go to Junk box, etc.  I tried the 800 number again to no avail.   Called 800 number and asked for a person and they said they had to ask permission or something and I was on hold for a long while then asked someone call me back when they sort it out.

What is going on Intuit/TurboTax?
