How is the best way for me to file my 2019 tax return? I used turbotax to file the extension, paid the amount due, but filing for 2019 through turbotax is closed.

You will have to use a desktop version of TurboTax (CD/Download) to file a return for 2019 (or earlier). Online versions of TurboTax are only able to prepare returns for the current tax year.
