If you were being claimed as a dependent in 2020 and 2021 you were not eligible for the stimulus payments.
If you were not a dependent, then when you filed your 2020 and 2021 returns you were required to enter the Recovery Rebate Credit on the tax return to have the stimulus payment added to your tax refund if you indicated you did not receive the EIP payments in 2020 and 2021.
You need to check your Tax Account to see if the IRS sent you those payments. Go to this IRS website for a Tax Account - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account
If the payments were not sent then you have to amend the 2020 and 2021 tax returns that you filed.
