Thank you TurboTaxCarolynM! my husband's & my efile has been rejected by turbo tax. we have changed what they suggested but still not going through. we paid for TT to efile. Is there a solution to how we can efile instead of mailing as a last solution. this is the first time for us to file together. thanks.

"the AGI for 2017 does not match what the irs has in their database, SO my identity is not confirmed" is the reason. thanks!
