If you're really using a desktop version of TurboTax then you should get a prompt - it's really a suggestion - to upgrade to "Home & Business" when you start the Schedule C entry interviews. If you didn't upgrade at that prompt then this FAQ:

tells you how to upgrade at any time.
There's no need to "transfer" anything. The program will be looking at the exact same tax file that you've been working on using "Deluxe".
