How do I resume Turbotax 2023 after download (earlier) and updates (today)?

I downloaded the software a week ago or more, imported last year's data and checked Profile info.  Today I downloaded updates, but cannot find a way to get off the blue screen that confirms I have a license code and the "activate" button is grayed out (because it was activated a week ago). But I can find nothing to select to get back into my return.  Help!  Thank you.  -- Amy
