TurboTax never deletes accounts. We “deactivate” them. If you wish to reactivate an account, complete an online account recovery request.

this account was created in 2009 and it was deactivated by you guys in either 2016 or 2017 because you thought fraud was going on

you guys deactivated my old account because you claim fraud was going, which their wasn't. how do i prove to you guys that i am who i say i am so i can reactivate my old account
