How do I overcome the message, "A secure connection is necessary to keep your information safe." TurboTax won't let me efile my federal and state taxes. I'm stuck.

What settings can I change on my computer that will allow me to submit my taxes? I have Kaspersky Total Security software.

I had this same issue. I am on Windows 10 using Kaspersky. I resolved this by going to Settings then select Additional then select Network. Under the section Encrypted Connections Scanning, I selected "Do not scan encrypted connections." This resolved the issue for me.
