Hi I'm looking to contact someone about my 2021 taxes since I recieved a notice from the IRS and I can't call their support number because they said I don't have access to it. Which is ridiculous everyone should have access to basic support. To be clear I am not doing my taxes with TurboTax this year. I just want to talk to someone about my 2021 taxes year.

If you already submitted you 2021 return and it was accepted by the IRS, you should call the IRS directly, since TurboTax will not have any information regarding the processing times and/or status of your refund/balance.
Hi unfortunately that's the number that does not allow me to talk to anyone. Until I purchase a product with turbo tax. In 2021 I purchased TURBO TAX LIVE FULL SERVICE DELUXE
