You will need to report the employment related identity theft to the IRS. Take steps to secure your identity including putting a fraud alert at all three nationwide credit reporting companies.

Get an Identity Protection Personal Identification Number. See: What's an IP PIN? Do I need one?

What kind of income? On what form was it reported to you (and the IRS) on (1099-Div or ??)?  Why do you think it is not your income?
