Go to Access my downloads and sign in with the same user ID you used to purchase your software. On Your TurboTax account, select Downloads. Select the version you want to download and save it somewhere on your computer where you can find it. Install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file.

There are two ways to install TurboTax Desktop:
- Insert a physical CD into your computer.
- Download the software from Intuit or the retailer you bought it from (like Amazon, Costco, or Staples).
If you bought the CD but your computer doesn't have a CD drive, you can use the downloadable software instead.
