If your Square only imports one transaction, you can delete the information and try to import it again using these instructions, click here.
If that does not work, you may have to manually import the information.
If you are trying to upload your square payments to multiple lines of work, it will not work. You can only import your Square payments to one line of work. If you have received Square payments across multiple lines of work, you'll have to enter them manually.
Also, if your Square only imported one transaction, it could be due to a network issue during processing, a pending transaction that hasn't fully uploaded, or a problem with your Square reader or your Square App. You should check your pending transactions, make sure that your your internet connection is strong enough, and you should also verify if you've uploaded any offline payments that might be missing from your transaction history.
To improve the functionality of TurboTax you can also try logging out of the program and back in and by clearing your cache and cookies.
