- Open or continue your return and go to Income & Expenses.

- Answer the questions about your line of work.
- If you've already entered some self-employment work, select Review next to the line of work with Square payments.
- On the If you got paid through Square, import your transactions to save time screen, select Import my info.
- Review the steps on the Let's import your Square payment info screen and select Continue.
- Enter the email address and password you use with Square and Sign In.
- We'll get your payments from Square and add them to TurboTax for you.
- You may need to answer a few questions to make sure everything gets imported correctly.
- You'll see a summary of everything imported where you can check transactions.
You can only import your Square payments to one line of work. If you received Square payments across multiple lines of work, you'll need to enter them manually.
