How do i convert from trubotax desktop to online? i accidentally signed up for desktop version and it is awful?

If you purchased the CD/download you cannot use the license code to pay for online TurboTax.   You will need to seek a refund for the CD/download and then pay the online fees when you are ready to file your online return.
