How do I contact TurboTax via email, a message app, or any other asynchronous communication method?

There is not an email address for TurboTax support.

Turbo Tax Customer service is bad.  Has anyone else experieced this?

When will there be a version of TurboTax that supports Form 8082?  I would like to be able to file rather than printing and mailing so many pages.

Your customer service is terrible. I have tried two times to speak to someone about being overcharged for your tax service and I’m either told the wrong thing or told that I need to speak to a supervisor, but the callback I received was after supervisor hours. What do I need to do to speak to someone who can give me a partial refund for the fee I was charged that I did not authorize? I don’t want a full refund because I used your tax software, I just don’t want to be charged for the live tax service fee which I did not use and did not authorize.

Extremely frustrated customer and I have used TurboTax for years.
