How do I clear up double billing from Turbo Tax?

I was billed on 2 separated credit cards and have only had one email address use in the 25 years I have used turbo tax.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

Are you on the Advantage Plan Auto Renew program?  You might have more than 1 Account.

 

If you have 2 Advantage accounts you can return one of them.  Wait until you receive your TurboTax product, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receipt here, https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

 

OR Contact Customer Service during office hours M-F 5am-5pm Pacific (8-8 Eastern)        https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/

 

THEN you should cancel one account for next November by  signing into your TurboTax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to remove product. Once you remove the recurring product order, the TurboTax Advantage subscription will be cancelled, as well.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

On my return I am getting $1550 back. My charges was supposed to be $49. I told you all take out my refund you all said it wasn’t enough so I gave my card # and instead of $49 you all took $161. That was not the agreement. I could have went to IRS web site for free
