To clear your Banking Information, sign back into your account and click on the "File" tab. Continue through the "File" section until you get to the screen asking how you would like your refund, select "Direct Deposit", and then follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the box underneath the account info stating "I want my refund deposited into this account" is Unchecked.
  2. Scroll down and click Continue.
  3. A page will display that says, Let's get your bank account info.
  4. Enter your new or updated account info if you want your 2017 refund direct deposited.

If this doesn't help you clear out the stored account information, please comment below so I can assist you further.

I already filed and I don't see a file menu. So I'm still unsure how to clear banking info.

Unfortunately, if you have already filed, you can't change the information that has already been sent.  I'm sorry, I didn't realize that you had already filed the return.

I don't want Turbo tax to retain my banking info. Many sites get hacked and I want to be able to clear the info after I file.

You will need to contact TurboTax support and speak to a support agent to get your online account deactivated.  Once you have a case number then use this TurboTax support FAQ

I use Turbo Tax Deluxe locally. The uploaded information from previous tax returns has an incorrect bank account. How do I change the routing and account number?

I'm looking for information about my stimulus money. And if I will get anything.
