Changing your email address yourself saves time. Here's how to do it:
If you no longer have access to your email address and are unable to login to your TurboTax Online account please complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
I am all the way to the Save and File portion of the report, but the e-mail that I have on the file is not working even though I have it pulled up on my phone. I tried to change the e-mail but whenever I put a new, working one in. It gives me the error code "Invalid Credentials" and I have a new working e-mail address pulled up on another phone. Whenever I click save it gives me the same error code now, but before it was saying "Missing Required Credentials: Authenticate .tokenType" I have looked at the page that lists the error codes but I could not find what the tokenType was. Now it says something different whenever I put that E-Mail address in.
You will need to log into TurboTax using a browser to change your email.
