You can review the message from your Tax Expert by logging into your account and clicking the red box that says "EXPERT HELP" in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

when I click the red box "Expert Help" I do not see the message from my Tax Expert
@hermes2019 Click on the Expert Advice button, then in the window that appears, look for "my contact history" and click on it. In the message(s) that appear, click on them and you'll see the message.
I too have an email waiting from me and I can't get to it. It's very timely as I need to contact the IRS. Please assist TurboTax team. Thanks!
If you can't click a red box Expert Help, then Contact History to see any messages, then phone TurboTax Support so they can troubleshoot with you.
