While your document may be available at Robinhood, the option to import from Robinhood is currently projected to be available on February 20, 2018 according to the TurboTax screens.

I tried this today 2/20 and it says Unable import. I did enter 10-followed by my account number and it still fails.

Did you try recently?   It opened up early on February 20.   Several users had problems in the first few hours right after it opened up   But later in the day, the same users reported it was working for them.

Here's how to reach TurboTax Support if you are still having problems.

I was able to get it to work after sometime of messing with it. Turbo tax made it difficult, I had to search 1099-B then after that it gave me the option to import.

for more than 500 trades you have to download the turbotax software; can't do it online

ran into trouble with this too. the solution for me was: use the 10- number, and enter social *without dashes*.

ekaffash:
Are you getting any error message?    Be sure you add "10-" before the first 8 digits of your account number ( such as 10-5XX#####). And do not include any hyphens in your SSN.   There may also be a Captcha for you to place a checkmark for "I am not a robot."  If that's not being displayed, post back.

Are you using Online TurboTax?  If so, it can only handle about 500 transactions.  The desktop product can handle about 2,000 transactions per brokerage.

You may wish to phone Robinhood customer support since that will be the quickest thing to try.  Email is not a secure method.

Or if Robinhood can't help, see if TurboTax Support has any suggestion for you:

If you are an Advantage member (annual subscription), log into your Advantage account and scroll down past the FAQ links.  Near the bottom of the page you should find a special Advantage phone number to directly contact Customer Support.

If you are not an Advantage member, use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.  Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.
