How can i put in my 1040 form from cash app?

What did you get from cash app?   You are filling out the 1040 return.  You enter your W2s and any 1099 you got.  

A 1040 is the tax return form you prepare here to send to the IRS.   If you start entering data in this software you are preparing a Form 1040.   Please look at it so you will know what you are sending to the IRS:

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

Please clarify your question.

I think your asking if you can pay for TurboTax, or get your refund through cash app.

• You will have to get a cash app card.  You can't pay otherwise.
• You can also get your refund on cash app provided you have a valid routing number.
