I had already attempted your suggested solution several times when I sent the question and it hadn’t worked, the reason I tried that approach in the first place is that due to the amount of spamming and phishing I didn’t trust the email indicating that the download was ready.,I finally gave up and used the email link for the download but with much trepidation. There should be a way to talk to a person when you are in a jam like that.
