You must have answered that you had health coverage through the marketplace.  Go to the Health section and change that.

To remove a 1095-A from your return:

  1. Click Deductions and Credits
  2. Scroll down to Medical and Click Show More
  3. Click Start or Revisit next to the ACA
  4. If you see a 1095-A in there, be sure to delete it.
  5. Select Continue twice.
  6. Click Revisit next to the ACA and this time select No, I didn't receive Form 1095-A

This will remove any forms related to marketplace insurance and the premium tax credit from your return. You are not eligible for these if your health insurance was provided by your employer and you never received marketplace insurance in 2021.

Did you have Form 1095-A for any part of 2024?  If not, check to see if Form 1095-A and Form 8962 are in your tax return.  If they are, you have to delete them.Follow the steps below.

  1. Open  TurboTax
  2. Select TaxTools in the menu on the left
  3. Select Tools
  4. Select Delete a Form in the pop-up window
  5. Scroll down until you see Form 1095-A and delete
  6. If you see Form 8962, delete that form also
  7. Return to your tax return and review.

Also, take a look at this TurboTax article How do I fix e-file reject F8962-070? under What if I wasn't covered at all in 2024 through the Marketplace? if you received this reject code.
