Hi, Just where I clicked on "File", Turbo tax showed me this message: We’re having trouble processing your billing information. What should I do?
They added, click on the help button to speak to a an expert. Basically they are asking for money? I don't get this..I started with the basic version of Turbotax coz that's what I need.

You can contact TurboTax to get the billing issue resolved and there will not be a charge for doing that.
Thanks Mary. I did yesterday. Sadly, the person could not resolve the issue.

No one can actually solve this problem, I called in two times and both times are different person. They have NO clue what to do but kept holding you online.
