Hi, I am facing the issue "Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection." Is anybody else facing this today?

I need to fix part of my return and I can't even access it and just receive this error.

Thank you. I've contacted twice.

 

First person did basic troubleshooting and told me to try again later

The other person told me to start over and exited the chat when I didn't even get a chance to say anything else.

 

This customer support is horrendous.

Nobody was able to figure this out but the solution was to download the Desktop version, redo my tax return then file that way.

 

I still can't do anything when I log into my account online and TurboTax thinks I still need to file my return.

Were you able to efile from the Desktop program AFTER Oct. 16, 2023?
