Hello. I can’t seem to file my taxes. I keep going around in circles in the last step. How do I file?

Try this and see if this clears the issue for you.  Please log completely out of TurboTax.  Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies.  After this, close completely out of the browser.  Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax.  Also, you can try completing your return in a different browser as well.

I have been in the same circle for two weeks now and have cleared my cache, cookies, tried multiple browsers, tried different computers, made sure my accounts are linked and NO ONE CAN HELP!!! I have read every article and nothing is helping including Turbo Tax and CK. They verify everything say they don't know and blame the other. It's an absolute nightmare! I'm going to have to go somewhere else which is unfortunate because my taxes have been done through Turbo for as long as I can remember.
