Having to manually enter/review hundreds of tiny Crypto transactions…

So I have tried integrating with Coinbase, uploading .csv files from aggregate services like Cryptotrader, etc. I have 523 transactions - but by the time I get to the Review Federal return stage, it says I need to ‘review’ nearly 200 entries - what is the solution to this?

It depends, but I need some clarification.  Were you able to upload all 523 transactions in TurboTax - and 200 of them have been flagged for review?    Have you clicked through any of them to see what it is that TurboTax does not like?   Any specific error message about missing details, wrong dates, etc.?     Does it appear to be the same error for all of the problematic entries?

You can delete the file that you uploaded, then modify the information on your CSV file, then upload it again.  3rd time was the charm for me.... You can also summarize the data and manually enter the short-term and long-term capital gains/losses.   Note - If you summarize data that data was not reported on a 1099-B, you do have to mail in the details.   Details are in the link below.

How to enter a summary in lieu of individual transactions

How do I contact TurboTax?  You may want to speak with support and do a screen share if you can't determine what is causing the issue.
