My credit card was charged on November 6. I have not received the CD, although I have an e-mail that says I will receive it by November 24. It is now the 28th. When I log into the Download page, there is a listing for 2021 Desktop/CD posted, but only a link to copy the license number and no link for Windows Download, so I can't actually download anything. Is there a way for me to download that I am not seeing?
If you are on the Advantage Auto renewal program and ordered the CD you will also get both the Windows and Mac Downloads. So you don't have to wait for the CD or if you don't have a CD drive or if you need to install it again.
To access your download, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and look for My Downloads.

This is exactly what I did and as I said, there is no link for me to download anything. Just a license code to copy and that's it.
I finally figured it out. Way down at the bottom of the downloads page it says:
TurboTax products ordered on a CD won’t show as an available download in the above list. If you ordered a CD but want to access TurboTax as a download instead, enter your license code here – you’ll find your license code in the instructions that came with the CD.
The license code was also available at the top of the list and in an e-mail that I was sent, even though I never got the CD. I was able to download the software, but if I hadn't paged all the way down to the bottom, I would never have seen how to do it.
Ahh yes ... the scroll down and read method ... works every time.
Can you post a screenshot of that so we can pass that info along ?
