Has anyone else experienced this service overcharging you from what they specify they will charge you?Any else's taxes come out with missing information?

this service overcharged my card by several hundred dollars when stated it was a $0 fee for first time users. They also left out a significant portion of my taxes and have [removed] me twice by charging my account on different occasions and now refusing to issue me customer service help to fix there [removed] up
