Good evening. I purchased Turbo tax deluxe instead of the free edition at 8:25pm. Called to cancel it at 8:47pm. After being on hold for over 30 minutes I was told that the 45minute window to cancel had passed for a cancellation with a full refund. In the meantime I have since filed using the free edition. Was hoping that you may be able to process a cancellation and a refund for the Turbo tax Deluxe edition I ordered accidentally. Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate it.
