Form 14039 not available/final

I am done with tax return and form 14039 is not yet final in turbo tax.  It can't be filed electronically, but I cannot file the rest of my return electronically until the form is final in Turbo tax.  I have printed out the form from other sites and filled out manually.  When will it be final, and how can I file now without it being final

According the IRS forms availability table, Form 14039 will be available by March 24, 2022. You will not be able to file your return until the form is finalized, if you need it complete your return.

There is a real problem here. The form isn't available until March 24, but the form cannot be e-filed!! It has to be mailed in. Why can't I file the rest of the return? E-filing does not require the form. Why are the TurboTax programmers so dense that they can't adapt to reality in this situation? It's a real problem for those of us who need to file early this year for various reasons. Tell them to get on the job to fix this glitch. And it IS A GLITCH.

The link you provided states that the e-file for that form is unsupported. I already paid to have my taxes file with TurboTax and now i am not able to file electronically?

I am having the same issue.  When I finished my return Turbotax said I would be notified when the form was available.  I've received no information in over 2 weeks.  I was able to download and print the form from the IRS website.  But I hesitate to fill it out and send it in with the return.  The form is dated September 2021 so I assume this is valid for 2021 taxes.  After looking at all of the information in the Community, I still have no idea what exactly needs to be done.  I also already made the payment to TurboTax.  I am going to wait another week, and if do not get anything from Turbo Tax I'm just going to fill out the affidavit, print my return and mail it off with the affidavit.  I'm sure the IRS will let me know if I did something wrong!!!!  It's just so annoying!
