Form 1120 and 1120H

2 Questions:

  1. Notified on June24th that the Form1120 was now available.  Updated (3 times) the Turbo Tax Business software, but no access to that particular Form 1120.  How do I find it?
  2. The tax payer in process is a H.O.A. which I understand requires the Form 1120H.  Can’t find it for one and if I could how do I switch the completed return over from a 1120 status to the 1120H platform?

I am not absolutely certain if this will answer your question, but you need to enter Forms Mode and complete Form 1120-H entirely in Forms Mode; there is no Step-by-Step guidance for Form 1120-H.

I am not absolutely certain if this will answer your question, but you need to enter Forms Mode and complete Form 1120-H entirely in Forms Mode; there is no Step-by-Step guidance for Form 1120-H.

DOES anyone know when the 2022 form 1120 will be released?  I need to buy a Windows computer and dont want to do that until the software is out. thanks

The IRS normally releases the form and instructions of the 1120 in January of the tax year.  So do not expect the Form 1120 for tax year 2022 to be released by the IRS until late January 2023.

Although the TT 2022 BUSINESS program will be available sometime this November/December the program will not be fully functional until lat January or later  and efiling a 2022 business return will not be functional until mid to late January per the IRS.
