Fidelity Investment Import and Intuit Login

Hello, I am attempting to import 1099 forms from Fidelity, however, I am prompted to log into my Intuit Account and I'm given a blank screen.

Has anyone run into this or have suggestions on what to do?

A bunch of folks have...and no clear solution has been worked out yet.

Some have reverted to going to another computer to install TTX and do it there.

Not sure if it's Windows 10 or 11 specific or not yet.

Could also try making the TTX window full screen first...

...or if already full screen, make the main TTX a lot smaller.

_______

In another situation (not this one) where I encountered a blank screen...I rt-clicked <Refresh> and it populated.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Did the post from @SteamTrain provide a resolution for you?

Unfortunately, it did not.  I'm still looking for solutions if you have some other options available.  Thank you!

@IowaDave

The second Fidelity login opens in your default Browser.

Folks using the Brave browser have found that browser blocks the Fidleity sign-in,when redirected from TTX.

______

Oh...wait...you get the blank screen for the Intuit login ?

If it's the Intuit login that is blank?

Some folks using Windows Desktop....found that messing with the text %  (down lower rt corner

) before starting the Intuit login helped get the boxes to show up...make sure it's 100% or lower, but you might have to mess around with different % settings (unfortunately...until TTX figures it out)

I don't think this problem is identical but similar.  I am working on Joint return.  My spouse and I have separate Fidelity logins for our respective accounts.   Following the TurboxTax import prompts I logged in with my husband's credentials and his tax forms were imported.  Then I started over to import mine starting from the beginning Import page. The [Continue] button brings up the dialog "We'll open a tab in your default web browser to get started with your Fidelity Investments import.  Select OK to Continue."  I select [OK].   The import completed.  I was not prompted to log in. My tax forms were imported.  Very spooky.  Maybe Fidelity allowed it because I was logged into Fidelity.com on a separate tab in the same browser or maybe this is a security breach ?
