"FAILED_VALIDATION" error during efile transmission. Says there's an update, but ran all updates and still seeing this error.

same.  this problem happened last year, and again this year.  this is frustrating.

Here are several troubleshooting steps that you can try:

• Make sure your Windows Software is up to date.
• If you are using a downloaded version, uninstall and reinstall the program from your MyDownloads folder.  How do I find my TurboTax for Windows software download?
• If that doesn't help, try a manual update. What is a manual update?
• Turning off your VPN and anti-virus software during the update can help as well.

I have MacOS version 15.3, not window

I managed to e-file after I updated my MacOS from 15.3 to 15.3.1, which included the laptop reboot.  After that, when I open the TurboTax app, this time, it detected an update is available.  After the update on Turbo Tax app, it e-file successfully.
