Every time I try to enter my 529 plan information for New York, the TurboTax Software crashes, and brings me back to the log in screen. Is this a known issue?

Nope, that's new.

Most of the NY forms aren't due to be ready until AFTER the 13th of Jan  (a few the 27th).

1)  Wait until the 14th to try again......with any of the  entries in the NY software section.

or

2)  Call Customer Support to report it to the folks who can submit a ticket to get it corrected:

3)   or both 1) and 2)
