Every time i add the 6 digit code it won't allow me to sign in? Now i'm locked for 15 minutes.

I keep getting locked out.  Not sure what the problem is this year.   Nothing has been easy.   And in the past I didn't think there was any easier task than following turbotax to complete taxes.
