Error unable to establish a secure connection when I E-Filed a couple of weeks ago, got past it once I installed all updates. I'm getting it again. Please assist

Did you run program updates again ?    Are you hard wired to the internet ?

Yes ran all updates both Program and Windows updates. I am hard wired to my Router which is hard wired to my Modem. I have Comcast Cable Internet. NOT using WiFi to connect anywhere from my PC

you have spotty Internet service. Try again tomorrow.
OR
you could have a damaged interconnects. replace them.

You are guessing and I don't agree with it. I wired it all personally and my work is exceptional. additionally, Comcast is the best internet service around here and is quite reliable. any other guesses?
