Did you run program updates again ? Are you hard wired to the internet ?
Yes ran all updates both Program and Windows updates. I am hard wired to my Router which is hard wired to my Modem. I have Comcast Cable Internet. NOT using WiFi to connect anywhere from my PC

you could have a damaged interconnects. replace them.
