Error Message trying to install 2024 TurboTax Business

I am trying to install 2024 TurboTax for Business and keep getting the error message "Uninstallation of the patch package is not supported?  and then the installation process stops.  I am a Windows 10 Pro program user.

 

What is the problem and how do I get this program installed on my pc?

 

Any help would be appreciated...Thanks You!

please turbo tax you have a lot of people waiting for this resolution

i have the following error while installing

then after couple hrs of frustration installing the program

i get this message while trying to open
