Email prompt won't allow me to continue. No entry area for email. It is an endless loop. I also edited it in Intuit aswell.

Follow these steps to update your email address:

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account
  2. Continue or select Pick up where you left off
  3. On the left side menu, select Intuit Account.
  4. Select Sign in & security
  5. Select Email address
  6. Enter your new email address, confirm it and select Save

If you no longer have access to your email address and can't sign in to your TurboTax account, fill out our Account Recovery Request Submission Form.

It's an actual system issue, not on my end.
