Email and phone verified but still not working?

I am writing this post because I have run out of ideas. I was confronted with the dreaded "We need more information for your order" prompt and the missing item was the email. I read that the way to solve this was to get the email verified so I did that and the problem still occurred. I then thought to myself maybe its the browser. I changed browsers and still the problem persists. I even tried clearing the cookies and that didn't help.

 

If anyone could give me some help with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

This is a known issue that is currently being worked on. In the meantime, you can verify that your email address is correct within your Personal Info and then re-submit your return:
