e-filed with a different tax software filed w/cpa printed and mailed tried to file, rejected did file tax what should I choose, the first one?
I am getting the same error. Please advise what to do in this case????
I just used the option that said I used a different program last year, you answer questions off last years return but it worked fine.
I used the option that said I e-filed last year with a different program, it required me to answer questions from my 2023 tax return
I got the same issue and went to confirm everything was approved from last year. Definitely must be a system error that they need to address

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
