e-file and message says I didn't successfully e-file 2023 return with TT. I did file last year with TT and did receive my tax return. options to check don't apply

I am getting the same error.  Please advise what to do in this case????

I just used the option that said I used a different program last year, you answer questions off last years return but it worked fine.
