Downloading information from financial institutions

I have always used this feature in the past.  However, this year after entering my username and password, the continue button dow not light up to allow me to do this.  My only option is to " back" or "skip import".  Is this an error in the program? or am I missing something.  I tried it for different institutions and run into the same problem.

Thank you

Please consider clearing your cache and deleting your cookies.

Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser.

The issue seems to be something else.  I am trying to download from Merrill Lynch.  I had trouble last week.  Then suddenly it worked.

Tonight I was able to download once, but then it quit working for me again.  I spent 2 hours on the phone last weekend taking to your support team, the Merrill then you.  The two of you point fingers at the other.

I did delete history on my Mac and cookies.

I have been a customer for a decade or more.  I am very frustrated with issues this year.   I overpaid for my download this year too after seeing that I could have gotten a savings of $20.

Is this your 1099 you are trying to import? If so, Importing sometimes isn't ready right away.

You have the option to input the information directly into TurboTax.

When will I be able to import my 1099?

Deleting cookies and clearing the caches did NOT work.  Using a different browser did NOT work.  I discovered that when I typed in the password by hand instead of letting my password manager filling it in, the continue butter suddenly lit up and I could proceed.  I am not sure why this is the case but it worked for me.   I hope that this helps others.
