Downloading From Pershing NetXInvestor - initiation issue

I am attempting to download my 1099s and I can't seem to establish a link to Pershing NetXInvestor. I select the option I've used in the past and TurboTax bring up a dialogue box where I enter the same information I use to sign on to the website. When I click "continue", TurboTax brings up another dialogue box information me that it is trying to establish a secure connection. Then, nothing... The second dialogue box goes away, but the app stays on the sign in dialogue box and doesn't more. No error messages, no suggestions, nothing. It just stays there. Anyone else having this type of issue?

Please ensure that the settings on the financial institution side of things are set to enabling 3rd party access (just in the event that anything may have changed). If your issue persists, please contact support via phone for assistance with this concern.
