Does anyone know how to get the 20% off discount to work? I got an email for 20% off turbo tax but it's not coming off my total. Customer service isn't working, either.

Read your email closely.  Does it say that you will get an early 20% discount by filing before March 1?   Or does it literally promise you 20% off the posted fee on the TT site?

Yep----they need to honor that offer.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
