Does anyone know how I can talk to someone at Intuit? They are trying to double bill me.

I have my order number and have saved a copy of the charge but when I try and fix my return it won't let me until I pay again.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for any Billing Issues

Do you know if they charge you to speak to a specialist? I paid for $ 60 for Deluxe and thank you for responding.

There is no charge to speak with a TurboTax support agent if you used and paid for the Deluxe edition.
