When you have a foreign credit card or a foreign address, it’s not possible to pay with that card. We are working towards supporting foreign addresses, but for now you will need to use a different payment method.
Show down (country) menu is still not working i changed my device, browser, amd i did all tax forms again and it is not working, does it have a chance to be a development issue or bug?

I have experienced the same problem..The selection box is not linked to a list. This prevents me from filing my return.

i just solved my problem it was not development issue. I just changed my address to my US adress
It seems that you have tied the payment page conditions for TurboTax, which in our case is $0, with the tax refund page. If my memory serves me correctly these were on two different pages last year. We live in the UK at the moment but our bank account is in the USA.
