Do ne with Turbo Tax. Contacted help 2X. Last time after no help, transfer to someone else. Didn't happen, was disconnected. Any suggestions as to on-line tax service?

Getting this message when processing payment: "Oops. We’re having a little trouble processing your billing information...." What to do?

Try to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa.
