Do I still have to file if I only worked 2 months in 2020?

I only worked January-February due to me being pregnant I left my job.

if there were federal tax withholdings, then YES, as it is the only way to get the money back

if you had a child in 2020, it's the only way to get the $1100 stimulus money for that child.

and then the rest depends on your income, but I suspect one of the first two above occurred

It doesn't go by time but by total income you got.  Are you married or single?  If you are single and had a baby you might qualify for Head of Household.

Do you need to file a return?  Have you got your W2 yet?

The requirement to file a tax return in based on the amount of your income, not how long you worked. Even though you only worked two months, you probably made enough that you have to file. You can use the calculator at the following link on the IRS web site to see if you have to file a tax return.

Do I Need to File a Tax Return?

Even if you are not required to file, you should fill out a tax return to see if you would get a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, you will want to file even if you are not required to, in order to get the refund.
