Direct Deposit info doesn't populate in state form (Michigan) if you don't e-file

Bug report: I filed my taxes and my wife's taxes.  I e-filed both federally.  I e-filed my taxes for state (Michigan), with a refund and it properly filled out the direct deposit information.  My wife's state (Michigan) taxes have a much smaller refund, so we wanted to mail her state taxes in.  When I was reading over the forms (good thing), I noticed that the direct deposit section was blank (even though I filled it out for federal). I went through the program a couple of time and there was not a way for me to enter the direct deposit information for the State if mailing in the forms.

Same problem with my State (Oregon).  Filled in the Federal direct deposit information but TT  left the state blank.  Glad I decided to mail the state in instead of eFiling so I can write it in.  In prior years there was a page in Step by Step to enter the information.  Can't find it this year.  Also in the past I was able to go to forms and fill it in.  This year the State form doesn't allow me to enter it.

Bug after bug after bug.  There were other problems with the program unrelated to this.
