Did Turbo Tax e-file my SS form W-3?

Did you file it ?    The Deluxe Online program doesn't have access to the Quick Employer forms to create or send the W-2 & W-3 ... so were you using a different program than you posted ?   

If you did complete them thru the QEF tool then log back in and see if you did hit the transmit button.
